Hello is encoded as SGVsbG8=. Hangul can also be used because it is converted to UTF-8 and then encoded.
Please note
Base64 is not encryption. Anyone can restore the original text, so do not use it to hide secrets.

Base64 is not a cipher to hide content
Base64 is a way to express byte data as characters. This tool converts the input text to UTF-8 bytes and then creates a standard Base64. Decoding supports only valid UTF-8 text. If you insert Base64 from an image or compressed file, an error may occur because the original data is not text.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will it be encrypted if I change it to Base64?
No. Anyone can decode it, even without a key. Do not use it to protect your authentication information or password.
Are JWT strings also converted as is?
JWT uses Base64URL. This tool is for standard Base64 and does not support full JWT validation or signature verification.
What happens to line breaks when decoding?
Processes the input Base64 after removing spaces and line breaks. Line breaks in the original text are restored as included in UTF-8 data.
