Check before use
- Keep the original PDF and check the page order of the results.
- Forms, electronic signatures, and encrypted PDFs are not processed by this tool.
- Converting to an image loses the ability to search or select text.
Decide page order first
When grouping multiple documents, select the files and check the order using the Up and Down buttons. If you only need a portion of a document, use page extraction. Page selection numbers are counted from the first page of the PDF file, not the chapter numbers printed on the paper.
Maintaining PDF and converting images are different tasks
Merging and extracting PDFs copies page content into a new PDF. Image conversion renders each page as a pixel. If text search and magnification quality are important, use PDF output, and if image upload is necessary, compare PNG/JPEG output.
Consider resolution and device resources
In image conversion, higher DPI creates more pixels but does not recover details that are not in the original. Compare PNG and high resolution for small text, and process many pages separately. It is best to compare the results with the original before forwarding them.
Recommended operation sequence
- Combine PDFs — Combine multiple PDFs in any file order and save them as one document.
- PDF splitting/page extraction — Extract the PDF pages you need or separate them page by page and save them as ZIP.
- Convert PDF to Image — Convert PDF pages to PNG·JPG images and download them as ZIP at once.
