Difference between format change and capacity adjustment
If the service you receive requires MP4, check whether your format conversion tool supports MP4. If upload size is an issue, compare the long side and bitrate together in the size reduction tool. Just changing the name or choosing the format does not guarantee the target capacity.
Choosing the right scene for a GIF
Choose a short section that reveals one action. First, make it at 5 seconds, 480px, 10FPS, and then check the text and movement. Cutting it short makes it clear what you're conveying and reduces unnecessary frames. For explanations that require sound, use video instead of GIF.
Items to check after completion
Compare the playback time, aspect ratio, sound, text, and movement of the original and result. The tool does not preserve subtitle tracks, multiple voice tracks, HDR, and original metadata. Depending on browser and device performance, frames may be dropped or processing may fail.
