What kind of data is the popular list by country?
The default list requests chart=mostPopular from videos.list in the YouTube Data API. Up to 2 pages, up to 100, are loaded only when the API provides the next page. To load more diverse fields, use search.list to search up to 50 videos of people/blogs, entertainment, know-how/style, education, science/technology, and sports from the last 7 days in order of basic relevance for each field. You can sort and filter cumulative views within the received list. The results are combined to create a deduplicated list of up to 400. Actual number may be lower depending on API results.
The regionCode in the search refers to videos that can be viewed in that country, and does not only refer to the producer's nationality or the number of views that occurred in that country. relevanceLanguage is a language preference and does not guarantee the language of the search results. The category uses the categoryId from the video metadata and is not inferred from the video title. Cards display categories and sources such as popular charts or last 7-day views searches.

How to use YouTube’s popular video tool
- Select a country to see basic popular charts.
- Click Load more from various fields to add recent video search results other than music. Your first request may take some time.
- Select a field or turn on Exclude Music. Both options filter by category of videos you've already received.
- Apply the upper limit on the number of subscribers, lower limit on the number of views, and title/channel keywords together.
- Sort by views or subscribers and view more results by 30. You can compare up to 3 items.
The server cache cannot be forced to be bypassed by refreshing or changing filters. Check the collection time and number of results, and relax the conditions if there are insufficient results.
Find videos with few subscribers and high views
You can check the number of channel subscribers on the video card and comparison screen. The number of video views is the cumulative number of the video, and the number of subscribers is the public number of the entire channel. Statistics are requested from channels.list of the YouTube Data API and displayed together. Subscriber counts are rounded down to 3 significant digits by the API, so they may differ from your exact real-time count. Private or unprovided values are not displayed as 0.
- In step 1, choose an upper limit for the number of subscribers for your channel.
- In step 2, choose a lower limit for the number of video views. Both conditions apply simultaneously.
- If you click on the classification of less than 10,000 subscribers and more than 100,000 views or less than 100,000 subscribers and more than 1 million views, the conditions will be set immediately.
- Check the number of videos that meet the conditions and narrow it down further by title/channel search or sorting. Resetting the filter only clears the subscriber/view count conditions.
This classification operates on up to 400 images currently received. This feature does not find all popular videos from small channels across all of YouTube. Just because you have more views than subscribers doesn't tell you anything about recent spikes, whether viewers are subscribing, profitability, or what's causing your content's success.

How do cumulative views differ from recent growth?
Views are cumulative at the time of collection. Even if an old video has a large cumulative number of views, it cannot be assumed that it has recently skyrocketed. Conversely, videos that have just been released may be included in the current popular list even if the cumulative number is small. Views alone don't tell you how much recent growth, viewing duration, click-through rate or revenue you're getting.
Moyoutil displays publication dates and public statistics side by side. It does not calculate its own growth rate or probability of success. Videos appear in your selection order in the comparison, without a new popularity score or ranking. Lists from other countries cannot establish the total market size for a topic.
Data update/personal information/scope of use
Country selection and list expansion requests are passed to the server. Category/music exclusion/keywords/subscribers/views filters, and selection of more screen results and comparisons are handled by the browser and do not require additional API requests. No login or YouTube account permissions are required.
Basic charts share a 2-hour server cache, extended lists share a 24-hour server cache. Broad Search requests one page per country, once every 24 hours, in six fixed areas. After removing duplicates, video and channel statistics are viewed in groups of 50. In case of storage problems or quota exceedance, it prevents repeated searches and displays the status. It doesn't create numbers that aren't provided by the API or automatically relax existing filters.
Video download and re-editing functions are not provided. Just because it's a public video doesn't give you the right to reuse someone else's video or music. YouTube API Quotas Official Documentation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I see the total search volume on YouTube?
This feature provides public statistics and popularity lists for videos. We do not provide search volume for search terms or viewing duration for individual videos.
Are all short videos shorts?
It is not possible to determine whether a video is short based on its length alone. This tool displays lengths but does not automatically classify them as Shorts.
Are the lists for different countries in the same language?
Site usage instructions follow the language selected. The video title and channel represent the original text provided by the API, so they may differ from the automatically translated title.
